It's very easy to participate.
1- Have a digital camera? or a web cam? Take a photo of your tattoo.
2- Transfer it on your PC.
3- Fill in the form here and upload your photo.

You are free not to show your face in the photo. This will not affect the judgement of our jury. They will judge your tattoo....
Make sure that you fill in all the application form and to provide a valid E-mail address as you will need it to confirm your participation and in order to communicate with you.
Please note that all unconfirmed mails will not be able to partiocipate in the survey.

In our next issue of shoosexy we will declare the winner and her a nice prize. Prizes are offered by ShooSexy Store.
